Shipping policy

Here at St Cloud, our products are made fresh to order. We aim to make and process all of our orders within 10-12 days (excluding weekends and holidays), but they will be worth the wait!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local collection. After placing your order and selecting local collection at the checkout, you order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to collect along with instructions on how to find us and collection times and days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Our delivery service ships throughout the UK (excluding Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations). 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
